The Delayed Spring Market: A Review

It’s September and we’re back with another episode of Coffee Talk!

This month we’re talking about how the Spring market came late. What was looking like a slow year for real estate ended up ramping up in the late summer months. We originally recorded this in late July, so keep that in mind as you hear us talk about beach trips and back to school expectations.

What caused this shift in the timing of the upturn?? From weather, to financial factors, to demographic shifts, we’ve got a couple potential explanations.
