Kathryn has been a Richmond resident for 30+ years and has a deep knowledge of the Richmond Real Estate market, its trends, and neighborhoods. Formal training in Marketing and Advertising allow her to create targeted selling strategies for all the team listings. Kathryn earned a Graduate Certificate in Historic Preservation & Planning and is passionate about urban renewal; both in the Residential and Commercial realms.

During her decades in real estate, she has owned investment properties, restored numerous historic homes, and managed renovation and interior design projects. Effectively ushering buyers through the home-buying process and making sure they have fun in the process is her gift. Clients love Kathryn’s energy and enthusiasm….not to mention her tough negotiating skills!

Kathryn offers her support to local charities including Storefront for Community Design, The Firehouse Theatre, and Historic Richmond Foundation. She is also a member of The Woman’s Club of Richmond which supports the preservation of the historic Bolling Haxall House. And when she’s not sniffing out deals for her clients, she’s busy chasing four rambunctious kids and a dog, or working on her favorite side project, House Story (Check it out here!)
